Hays Travel - Bromsgrove Avis 

Really impressed with the knowledge that Dee had. She had just visited New Zealand and was able to share her experiences with us. She listened to what we wanted out of the holiday and then found the tour that best fitted our requirements and our physical abilities. She showed us which optional excursions were available and advised of their suitability. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
The layout of the room could do with rethinking though. My husband is deaf and although he has hearing aids he finds it difficult to hear in a noisy environment. Because the travel agents is open plan it was very noisy with other customers and advisors chatting.

Hays was recommended to me and they were excellent. Natalie in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt confident that i was in good hands.

Sat and listened to all my ideas. Went in didn't have a clue where I wanted to go. Looked a lots of dates. Finding out what holiday would suit times. Took time and we managed to book.
