I booked the holiday as a surprise for…
I booked the holiday as a surprise for my wife. I was told this was a 4 star hotel, more 2 to 3. The hotel reception was rude on arrival, when asked about all inclusive history response was, it's not the Carribbean!! No help with luggage to room, room dirty, hair in bed, human waste on curtain, bathroom shabby. Not at tall happy with what I was sold.

Iona and Charlotte with the two brilliant ladies that sorted my holiday to Thailand for next April they worked very hard and got me the best deals the perfect hotels and why we were still booking the holiday we were still having a laugh. I enjoyed spending time in your travel agents laughing and joking and they will do all the hard work so I will take my hot off of those ladies you work very hard and I’m very happy with what they have chosen for me and my brother so thanks again.
