First Class Service
When we arrived we were greeted by Trisha who we knew from previously booking our holidays. Trisha was very welcoming and we knew we were in good hands with her help. Trisha asked where we wanted to go,dates etc. Trisha found us a great holiday well within our price range. She also organised with TUI an accessible room for us due to my health issues.
Also is going to arrange passenger assistance at both airports for both journeys.
Trisha was amazing and we are looking forward to booking again with Hays in Buckie first class service from Trisha.
