Top Class Service
I went in to Hays Travel, Buckie, to try to book Travel Insurance for husband and myself. (Coach holiday had been booked by different company who did not offer Travel Ins.) I was immediately welcomed and dealt with by a very efficient assistant (sorry, did not catch her name). Fifteen minutes later I left with my Travel Insurance. Top Class Service! (especially as I had not booked a holiday with Hays Travel).

Always a good experience booking a holiday with them.
Went in with only the dates we could go away and how far we would travel to fly, great help to show amazing options to go away.
Booked before and they know us well, good knowledge on what we look to do on holiday.
We wouldn't go anywhere without them. :-)

Poland is a new destination for us . and after this holiday ,we made the right choice .flew out on 14 th April , We were not to sure what the weather would be like ..
