The whole team we're polite & very helpful as I kept swapping & changing things but we all got there in the end with their time & patience.

This is my 4th cruise I have booked with Hays Bulwell and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They really look after you here, I never feel rushed or pressured, they are really friendly and helpful. Keren is my go to, she’s brilliant. Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient.
