Josh at Hays Travel bulwell was incredible when I went in yesterday. He went above and beyond to explore options and deals I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble. He knew in-depth information about the location and even gave tips on key hot spots and experiences which made a world of difference. He truly seemed like he wanted to help. Despite me not booking with them on this occasion, I will be sure to have these as a potential for next time.

Very relaxed atmosphere in the shop but at the same time very professional.
Nothing was too much trouble as I had a few questions.
The gentleman that helped with our booking was extremely knowledgeable and he went that extra step to get us the right thing which in my opinion attention to detail was first class.
I would most definately use this service shop again and would drfinstely recommend to famy and 🧡 friends
