Staff are just amazing
Rachel we're so patient with us as we weren't sure what we wanted she went through so much with us . she also offered us a brew !
once we decided on a river cruise
catrina over heard and said she had been on one so talked to us about it which helped make our final decision she also showed us some magical pictures which got us all excited

It was a spur of the moment going into Hays Travel. Amii and Natalie answered all my questions. I haven't been on a cruise before and being a solo traveller it can seem a bit daunting when booking somewhere new. They didn't pressurise me into booking straight away. I went away did some more research and then returned and booked
