Gaynor from the Bury, Rock Branch was unbelievably helpful. She looked tirelessly to get us a fantastic holiday within budget and to set dates. Very helpful, efficient and friendly
It is always a pleasant environment in the Bury branch. I get very stressed booking my one annual holiday and the lady was so patient with me, especially when the holiday I had chosen was no longer available! She made it so smooth and calm and processed it efficiently. As a lady of a certain age I like the fact they print off your documents so you have a paper copy and nearer the time will check me in. Cannot thank her enough. You also get a better rate for your currency if booked with them.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right holiday.
