Erin helped us book a trip to the US for Spring. Erin was very helpful, she understood what our needs and budget was and organised flights and accommodation that suited our needs. Erin kept in touch by phone and email and was quick to send options and details through

Having had some idea of the holiday I wanted I found Alex very easy to talk to and in focussing in on suitable options. Once I was more clear Alex then gained more precise info. on the various aspects of the holiday I wanted and contacted 2 holiday providers that had attracted me. This eventually led to my finalising my holiday and, eventually, to proceeding with booking it. I had one
subsequent concern which was getting to the airport very early in the morning which Alex helped by advising and booking an overnight hotel room for me adjacent to the airport.

Georgia and Erin in the Buxton branch were excellent. They were both very helpful and got all the information that I’d asked for and emailed it to me within an hour. When I went to book my holiday Erin gave me a lot more info about where we are going.

After explaining what we were looking for, Georgia then forwarded to us a list of holidays that she felt would fit the bill. This allowed us to spend time finalising our choice before going into our local Hays Travel to complete the booking. Helpful friendly staff and a good price for the holiday.

What a team nothing to much trouble

Everyone on arrival acknowledged us initially. The shop atmosphere was friendly and after talking to the staff very knowledgeable also.
Alex who we booked with was super professional and the other staff members also interacted and helped in our booking process. Time and patience used and not rushed or pushed at all.
It added to our holiday experience.
As someone who has always used a different provider, this shop and its staff have a convert.
