It was my first time in hays travel in…
It was my first time in hays travel in Caerphilly, Richelle who helped me find a cruise was professional, friendly, helpful listened, knowledgeable explained everything clearly and gave lots of advice and took her time filling out things that I needed to know and do. She has dates that I have to meet with her to fill in rest of forms to go on the cruise. She put my mind at rest and made my time there enjoyable. The atmosphere in the shop was warm and welcoming and I will definitely book a holiday again through them.

Superb staff
We always find the staff in this branch brilliant since we started using it overca year ago. Always so helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help customers and each other through sharing information and helping colleagues when necessary. We received thorough and helpful advice from Richelle at the Caerphilly branch of Hays Travel.
We wanted to book a trip to Rome with a couple of excusions. Richelle had been so was able to advise us on the best location to stay within Rome and had a list of hotels we might like.
In the end we were able to book a hotel that we both thought seemed ideal and in a great location. Excusions and flights were also taken care of. Great service!
