Unfortunately, our River Cruise for 14th September was cancelled because of the river situation. The staff went out of their way to find us an alternative holiday for this week.

Claire was very efficient and friendly. We had to wait a short while for the phone to be answered on the other end. She was very entertaining and chatty, so we're the other staff in the shop.
