Put a holiday on hold for 4 for 24…
Put a holiday on hold for 4 for 24 hours till I booked holiday leave in work. when I rang to pay deposit and book for 3 instead of 4 people still keeping 2 rooms price went up by £448. Which i thought excessive. I booked a d paid because holiday leave was booked in work

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the final cost of your holiday however we did have to realise the previous held option and re cost the package due to one passenger not being able to travel. Unfortunately during this process the air fair did increase and also the solo occupancy room would have increased the cost for the party.
We always aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction however we have no control over live costings but will always try our best with price.
I hope this explains things more clearly and we will be on hand throughout your holiday journey with us to assist with anything you may need.

We went into Queen Street Cardiff branch and sat down with Peter who was so informative and helpful we ended up booking our Canada trip. He listened to what we wanted and needed and with no pressure put together exactly what we wanted.

Hays Travel Cardiff were Amazing
We had a lovely hour on Friday morning with Hays in Cardiff. My sister and I were looking for a 4/5 days break in October for my birthday. Nia was extremely helpful, she was very patient and trawled through holidays until we found a wonderful 4 night break on Corfu. Personally I love visiting a travel agent as it's such a personal experience. We're always happy with Hayes and their welcoming staff. We have already booked our September holiday with them. They have been our choice of agent for a few years now and will continue to be in the future.
