We booked our hotel through Carol-Anne for our short stay in Malta and to say her helpfulness was next to none. Carol went above and beyond to find us the perfect hotel with the best location and the best value for money. We left Carol with very short notice to sort all of this but this was never an issue for her and she was completely on the ball with getting options over to us even spending time out of hours to ensure we got a good deal. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED !
