Absolutely seamless booking experience with Caroline for our family holiday in March. As we're travelling with our 10 month old, Caroline has made sure we have everything organised, checked we have insurance etc and informed us about accessibility to hotel when we arrive so we're fully prepared. Caroline has taken care of all the tasks that you can sometimes forget to do (adding passport details, printing tickets) in advance, making it a much more enjoyable experience! Thank you Caroline!
