We have always booked online but…
We have always booked online but decided last year to book through Hays travel in Castleford. We found it all stress free as Hannah took care of everything, including checking in. All we had to do was collect the tickets. So this year was a no brainier.
This year we went to see Hannah again. We wasn’t sure where we wanted to go and I just told her what we were looking for and she found a holiday which ticked all boxes. Thank you Hannah for that personal touch and great customer service.

Highly recommended.
Once again we booked a holiday with Hayes Travel Castleford & per usual we had fantastic service from Sophie who is a credit to the branch & company, but to fair all of the Staff are great at this Branch, thank you Hayes Travel.
