Never been on a cruise before and when we saw one that suited Catherine and Nicola sprung into action. Our questions were answered quickly and we had great confidence that we were dealing with passionate professionals that understood our needs.

We booked through Hayes Travel Agent Cath Nathwani and we would never use anyone else. From holiday suggestions when we couldn’t decide where to go, to fitting the date in to work schedules and making sure all the kids needs were met, as well as messaging late at night while we debated, Cath went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our holiday. She is a pleasure to deal with and really cares about all the little details which make a great holiday. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
