Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile. Just booked our 3rd holiday with them. Had to change the date of holiday which they did no problem.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Vicki was quick to get everything booked, incredibly efficient and professional throughout. She found us a great deal at a fantastic price, and even set up a payment plan to make it more affordable. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Explained everything and gave us lots to think about.
After months of deliberating by ourselves, sitting with Jess and going through our options was useful in helping us really understand what was important to us and finally booking something!
It was great to have a cup of tea while we were discussing our options as well.

Fantastic customer service
Vicky was great, very knowledgeable about countries as she had visited them herself. Great hospitality, easy to book, including insurance, happy with price which was well below budget. Thanks Vicky.

I went into Hays Travel at Chapeltown for a last minute holiday and Vicky couldn’t have been more helpful. She talked about her own personal experiences of where she had travelled including pictures which was great. She was so friendly and personable I would recommend to everyone.
