10/10! Charlee was excellent. I’ve used comparison sites for many years having left the travel agent behind a long time ago. Honestly, I’ll be using Charlee going forward and ditching the comparison sites! She delivered exactly what we asked for and super fast! Very impressed, very happy and very excited for our holiday.

Charlee posts amazing and varied deals all the time, she is never pushy with any of the deals and whenever I have contacted her about them she is always so knowledgeable, helpful and willing to look at options and alternatives if needed. We contacted her recently when we saw a great deal for an amazing hotel in the Easter Holidays and she was able to tweak it to what we needed whilst keeping the cost reasonable, the booking process was quick and easy and nothing was too much trouble - she even threw in free fast track security! When we came to go on holiday there was a greek air strike but again Charlee was amazing, calm, helpful and knowledgeable about the situation and she communicated with us throughout. The hotel was out of this world and we had such a great holiday - we really didn't want to come home! I'd highly recommend Charlee and won't hesitate to use her again for future holidays!
