Marney was incredibly helpful over our 2 visits. We went in not really knowing where we wanted to go. Her excellent knowledge about the different locations resulted in us booking a holiday in Italy. No hard sell but just great advice and detailed information about the different hotels and locations. She was friendly, polite and very patient! Would always book with Hayes.
