As soon as we went into Chester shop Nicki acknowledged us even though she was busy and Bradley came out from the back office to say hello!
We wanted to know about the special offer in the window for Bulgaria going from Liverpool. Sanem looked after us and was able to find what we wanted. She was very friendly but professional. So we are off to Bulgaria!! Thank you

Excellent service…
I presented the agent with a difficult task as I didn’t know exactly what kind of holiday I wanted to book. She offered extremely helpful, patient and professional advice and support and I left having booked an exciting surprise break for my husband’s 80th celebration!

From the moment that I made my enquiry nothing was to much for Faye who was our travel agent. We had a lot of different requests and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the holiday we wanted. As always Hayes Travel in Chester didn't disappoint.
