Researched a number of options to find the best deal financially and suitable flight times etc., Very professional, knowledgeable about the resort, polite and friendly. Quick, easy, helpful and friendly
I have used Hays before but only for currency this is the first time for a holiday. Normally book myself on line but tried a human interface. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the travel agent was very friendly and helpful. First choice sadly not available but second choice secured and paid for.
