Friendly and helpful service
We were made welcome and although we had no real idea where or what we wanted in a holiday, the agent, Lily, was very helpful and patient. She helped us arrange one overseas holiday and one UK excursion. Very good service.

The service was first class
The service were provided was first class, not just one staff member but all, nothing was to much trouble and we were guided through the service required with lots of smiles and patience, keep up the good work.
