As previously, Denise was helpful, efficient and pleasant. She worked tirelessly, liaising with Saga, to achieve a cruise package that met our specific needs, including mobility assistance, preferred table in the Dining Room, and location of suite. We are always happy to book our holidays in the Christchurch branch of Hays Travel because all the staff there are welcoming and helpful.
