I booked for Rome with Claire and to say she went above and beyond is an understatement, she was very professional and friendly. She asked what our needs were and what we wanted to do whilst in Rome and gave us some great tips. She listened to us and was not pressuring us to book things we did not want. I would highly recommend booking with Claire and will be doing so myself in the future.
