I go in to book a holiday the whole…
I go in to book a holiday the whole time I feel rushed and she didn’t really look through hotels she looked at 3 which I didn’t really find helpful anyways I book the holiday which was very expensive for 3 nights it was extortionate I leave everything booked and later I get a call saying I can’t book because of my age which is fine I understand but they then said I won’t get my deposit back when you guys should know the age limitations, I got annoyed because 1. I can’t book my holiday 2 I have just lost 60£ so I ask her to try get my deposit back anyways I am getting my deposit back but the whole process was rubbish

Claire was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a few options for the Area we wanted to go to. Price matched the Tui website and also sorted out Aspire Lounge at Manchester Airport for us to boot. Made it very easy to book our Holiday to the Dom Rep in December.

Very good experience. Mia was extremely helpful and very professional
Our travel documents were photocopied for us at the time of booking and Mia gave us some helpful advice. We were not rushed into a booking. All in all we found the experience simple and easy.
