Hi get great service a hay travel in cleckheaton poppy did our booking always very friendly and very helpful as is all the staff I thank them

We have been going to hays a few years the staff are always friendly and helpful and sort a holiday for you 🙂

Was made comfortable and at ease discrbe what kind of holiday I wanted ,put details in computer found several with the help of the assistant we found the right holiday ,we then went threw what I would need for the holiday on which I had forgot about thankyou HAYS CLECKHEATON

To have a knowledgeable, experienced adviser in Sylvia at the Cleckheaton branch to help us choose a holiday to suit myself and my sister-in-law who are both in our seventies is so reassuring. We have used her expertise for the last 6 years to find superb accommodations in all parts of Europe and Canaries. Her patience must have been tried on occasions but she has sailed through with good humour and great results.
We need disabled assistance and the Jet2 staff are always helpful, efficient and organised to make our travel an enjoyable experience.

Our experience was excellent from walking through the door where we were greeted by one of your colleges called Sylvia we didn't have any clue where we wanted to go as long as it was warm in November. Sylvia spent a lot of time searching and gave us lots of options. She booked our holiday sorted the car park and passports.

Never been on a cruise before, but Hermione and the rest of the team Faye and Sylvia were all very helpful and patience. I was booking for me and my cousin for next May for my birthday. I collected all the information on 4 cruises then discussed them overnight with my cousin and went back the next day and booked and paid deposit. The girls made everything easy for me. So looking forward to our holidays now .
