Hays Travel - Cleveleys Avis 

Apart from not taking my phone number during initial enquiry and taking down email address incorrectly this could have saved a 4 hour delay by which time the holiday had gone up. However, once I made contact again this was resent, decision made in 5 mins and called and booked. Good service and friendly staff well done and good experience. Ensure you take all customer contact details when they first contact you in regards to enquiries

The staff are outstanding. So helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We always deal with Tegan (Cleveley's branch). This is never an issue with Tegan or staff, they are all so accommodating.

Very easy company to deal with. So much knowledgeable help to book my Norwegian cruise with Ambassador Cruiseline. (Having said that, I would personally be very careful about booking with Ambassador Cruiseline ever again. Ambassador got full payment, my jumper was missed from my private - locked - cabin and Ambassador customer support teams, both onboard and on return will use the points raised for training purposes and to claim the “loss” on my travel insurance. Whoopee-do! Despite follow up correspondence Ambassador have shown no sign of remorse or compensation.). First and last cruise with Ambassador unless they can show some actual customer care but Hayes will be my go-to travel agent from now on. They were local, face-to-face and went the extra mile answering every question I asked. Thank you Tegan.
