Hays Travel - Clydebank Avis 

My husband and I were drawn into the agency after seeing a river cruise advertised on the window. The staff member Ceilidh who dealt with us was superb. Very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. She spent about an hour answering all of our questions, and checking out our requests and options. The cruise leaves from Tilbury Cruise Port which from Glasgow is not straightforward to reach. However she persevered and found us the best and most cost effective way to get there.
Excellent service. This is a very nice travel agency. All of the staff are friendly and very eager and willing to help customers. Highly recommend Hays Travel Clydebank, for whatever type of holiday you’re looking for.

I was very anxious as I've never took my kids abroad and i will be taking them by myself. Carol in Hays was amazing and looked for something to suit myself and my kids. She was very friendly and got me the best deal for my needs. I told Carol my kids are both autistic so she put that in my booking. Ceilidh was very helpful and shared her experiences of both the ship and destination.

Had a good experience with hays and Ceilidh was really informative and got me the best price. Hays were the most professional and least pushy of the agents in the shopping centre. Ceilidh still provided a great service as it took me a couple of weeks from initial contact from researching to find what i exactly needed. In store Ceilidh knew her stuff about cruise ships and took time to explain about the ship and also the excursions. She had a great knowledge. I normally book trips myself but in future will look at hays to see if they can find me anything better.

Looking for Tenerife for a break going back to the same hotel we used in May. Carol was great found the hotel and got us great flight times. Very helpful and knowledgeable can't thank her enough
