Nearly always book hols at Hays
Good helpful customer service nothing was too much trouble. I like face to face service as there’s always certain questions you can get answered that is impossible online.

To book on line was easy enough
To book on line was easy enough, but I called my local Hayes travel in Cockerton, Darlington and they were not helpful at all, they told me that the price had gone up by over £200 and it went downhill from there so I said thanks but no thanks and went back to the internet to book it (and the price had not gone up)

Holiday 2026…
Katie was very helpful in looking for our holiday in Majorca. Other staff in the office also give use there advice on the best resort to stay at resulting in booking our family holiday in August.
