Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

A very easy transaction.
The lady I dealt with was good, very polite and pleasant. When I rang back later to change hotels, there was no problem at all. I spoke to a different lady and she was equally as pleasant and polite. Looking forward to my cruise and stay.

The consett staff are great
The consett staff are great. Margaret sorted our alfa holiday for us. As we had to cancel one holiday and she rearranged it for another date. She was so pleasant and very helpful.
