We’ve booked several holidays through Hays Travel, and Joanne has been fantastic every time.
She takes the time to understand exactly what we’re looking for as a family, never makes us feel rushed, and always finds a range of great options within our budget. Her attention to detail, friendly approach, and genuine desire to find the right holiday really stand out.
The service doesn’t stop once the holiday is booked either – Joanne’s aftercare and support have been excellent, always happy to answer questions and help where needed.
Hays Travel has been great throughout, but Joanne is the reason we keep coming back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will definitely be booking through her again in the future.

The girl I was talking to was lovely, professional and always constructive throughout our conversation.
I believe that in most situations it always the people that make or break a sale, or friendship, I try not to frequent places that have miserable people .
