Staff really helpful and attentive. Just a straight forward flight booking, but took time to look at options, and put us under no pressure at all. We also bought Euros in store. Not the first time we have used them, nor will it be the last.

We provided a list of requirements, our hays representative ticked all the boxes and gave us suitable options. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We considered the options and made a choice. The total time we were there was no more than an hour.
