Holiday decisions
We listed what was important to us when choosing a location and what we wanted from a holiday. It was a lot easier to find somewhere with an agent advising rather than scrolling on the computer. Very happy with the choice we made. Lovely to go back to a travel agent and book a holiday the old fashioned way.

Very helpful
Rachel listened to me and tried her best to get me what I wanted, when I wanted it. However as this was not possible she suggested other places and I accepted practically the first one. I was very happy with the result and hope the holiday lives up to my expectations.

Very impressed.
Have called in previously to collect or enquire about specific brochures, and have always been met by professional and knowledgeable members of staff.
We visited recently to enquire about a tour, which we then booked. Once again, the staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and made our visit an enjoyable experience.
