Our family of 3 people returned to the office of Hays Travel in Coventry City Centre for the purpose of seeking advice when it came to the booking of our first holiday for 2026. After the period of damp, cold and wet weather throughout the UK winter months, we were looking for something better for our elected holiday period in March. We were received warmly and were provided with excellent advice and guidance. This enabled us to make a decision and a booking. The booking transaction was undertaken effectively, efficiently as well as economically, and we were able to complete our visit and leave the office in a happy mood and totally satisfied customers. We once again thank Katie as well as her manager and all her colleagues for their friendly and understanding of our customer needs.

Went to the smithfordway coventry store which is where I always go, as the staff there are so amazing! Rachael helped me find my dream safari holiday, she spent time exploring all the options available. After getting me the best package and deal available I booked, I love going to this store as they feel like family couldn't ask for better service.
