I booked my 3rd holiday last week
I booked my 3rd holiday last week with Hayes having always diy,d my holidays in the past. They are always so helpful and efficient. Ryan, currently an apprentice was a delight with a great sense of humour and he made sure he followed all procedures to get us booked up with no loose ends. Every holiday we book we use Hays Crewkerne. They always find the holiday we want. Even when we aren't sure what we are really looking for they are fantastic. Even when we weren't overly sure he found something that suited and more. We have a branch in our town but will always use the Crewkerne branch as the service is amazing

As always on visiting Hayes Travel Crewkerne I was treated to a first class service. The Staff are friendly and knowledgable and the Manager exceptionable. My holiday was booked, I was given all the relevant details as always a very pleasant experience.

Trip to Turkey
I booked a trip to Turkey for my sister’s wedding and had a brilliant experience with Hays Travel, Crewkerne. Abi was absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout. She called back when promised, matched an online price, and communicated everything clearly. It made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

Once again a great experience booking a cruise to Norway with Hays Travel Crewkerne. Both preliminary work via email correspondence to booking the final holiday in store on Saturday . Can’t fault the service and efficiency. Takes the stress out of booking a holiday online any day!
