Hays Travel - Crook Avis 

Lorraine was amazing! I hadn’t originally booked with Hays but I wish I had. I had booked independently and the return flight had been cancelled leaving me with no hotel for a night or loosing a days holiday, I spoke to Lorraine about it and told her the dates we were going and what we had already booked, she was incredibly sincere an got us a new booking as close to the price I had originally paid with the independent company that I was able to get a refund from. I am so happy that my family still get to take our trip that nearly ended in disaster.

Lorraine was very efficient in dealing with numerous requests which allowed us to make an informed decision on which holiday to choose. During the appointment to book the holiday of choice, Lorraine kept us informed of the process and was able to clarify with the booking agent the difference between room types, visa etc.

Very friendly lady, Chelsy who searched for holiday for upcoming half term break with daughter and grandchildren. She listened to what we wanted from the holiday, flight times, and type of accommodation and the location regards to distance from airport.
Chelsey sort the best price with the number of our party to avoid extra charges re room occupancy. She gave us plenty of advice and choice even though we hadn't thought of some things. She was very professional.
