Excellent service as normal. Chelsey was very thorough in researching our requirements in a very professional and friendly manner. Use Crook branch for any holiday we are considering and all staff are very knowledgable and friendly with any questions given to them.

Hays Crook Branch Review…
We book all our holidays now through the Crook branch and always get fantastic service. All the staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. They make all arrangements for us from parking to insurance. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous Chelsey Fletcher - Crook Durham
Chelsey Fletcher @ Crook Hayes was the most pleasant, polite, PATIENT, person dealing with 2 demanding customers.
We had a lot of variables and questions and Chelsey was wonderful. Fabulous member of your staff!
One slight downside was that the experience of booking our holiday was prolonged due to Chelsey having to phone someone else to enquire about the booking. We were in the shop a long time.
