Had been into a couple of travel agents…
Had been into a couple of travel agents to book a holiday for September without any luck, didn’t seem to have the knowledge what I was looking for.
We went into Hays at crystal peaks and were greeted by Louise. She instantly took charge , took all our requirements and set about finding us a holiday.

AnnaLee had sorted all our holiday requirements. So when we arrived into the shop most of the details had been completed.
