Louise sorted our holiday
Louise sorted our holiday, she had the patience of a saint as we had no idea where we wanted to go, she was very honest and ensured we got exactly what we asked for, which was perfect for us, we felt very relaxed and had a few laughs, excellent service and we will be back to see Louise for our next holiday.

Great service
We went to Hayes travel in Crystal Peaks Sheffield yesterday to book a holiday for September. We were called promptly by Abigail who was friendly and asked us questions to get the best holiday for us we looked at a couple of hotels what we liked and settled on one. She looked at all the amenities and booked the holiday at our request she asked if we wanted to book seats and the whole process was complete within 15 minutes. We were happy with the service and will come back again for our next holiday.

We had a great experience,from start to finish. It was nice to see the shop very busy and all staff either on a phone or with a customer. Jessie who we saw was very knowledgeable and proffesional and nothing was too much trouble. Hays travel is now my go to holiday company.
