Totally awful place was told to come back for travel money asked if I had to order and was told no as we’re having a delivery and come back on Thursday to be told we haven’t got any staff were so rude

With regards to currency ordering we would need to know the amount you are looking for and your details before we can place an order for you and then we would call you to advise that it had came in to the store and was ready to collect. Myself and the staff in store pride ourselves on our customer service so I am sorry you thought we came across as rude as this is not something we would ever want you to feel. I hope you give us the opportunity in the future to rectify this situation.

The agent who looked after me was first class. She was very helpful and tried hard to sort the best combination of flights for me. She also organised assistance and assured me I would. be taken care of the whole my to cope with getting to my connections. Hays was recommended to me by 2 friends and I would certainly recommend them to others
