As she is amazing, really listens and finds us holidays that we like as we like to discover what’s around and do abit of walking . Kim keeps us updated throughout and really cares deeply about her job and making sure you have the best time

Made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Looked at several options to find the best deal to fit my requirements. I booked there and then. Got email confirmation straight away on the holiday but there was an outstanding question around flight times. These were to be confirmed and was told they would chase this up and let me know. I got a call less than 30 minutes after leaving followed by a further confirmation email. Very happy with the excellent service.
