Absolutely fantastic, would not book with anyone else. Have used Danielle this past couple of years and she has always went over and above to ensure as a family we get the deal and holiday we are looking for. I booked 2 cruises for this year in the last week with Danielle and have just returned from an amazing Christmas on a cruise. Best in the business

Danielle was knowledgeable and gave me choices. She wasn’t pushy, I had lots of questions and she was always ready to answer them. I haven’t used an agent to book a holiday in years having been an agent myself over 30 years ago. Now I think I will go via Hays for future holidays.
