Holiday booking
Samantha looked after us very well. She even looked at alteratives, things we had't seen or looked at, and we ended up with a better deal.
She went through everything without any pressure, the whole thing was very smooth.
Hays looks after all its customers very well regardless what holiday they choose. Previously we have booked city breaks with Hays always very well looked after

I visited your your Darlington branch Saturday 4th as I was struggling to find suitable accommodation for myself my wife and 18 year old son. Danielle was magnificent, I didn't give her much to go on a and had multiple locations in mind and she found me a few choices really quickly. I settled on Turkey and booked the same day.
I returned Monday 6th and booked again with your apprentice Cameron who again gave excellent service and assisted me in booking a trip to Rhodes.
I have never booked via an agent but can safely say I am converted and will book with yourselves going forward!!
