Friendly Helpful & knowledgeable
The friendliness, helpfulness & knowledge of Isis, the person who dealt with us, was just what we needed. And at the same time as helping us book our cruise she was also mentoring a new recruit to the firm & explaining things to him as we went along. Full marks to her.

Definitely recommend Hays Travel.
This is the second time we have used Hays and each time it has been an easy non stressful adventure. Pete is dealing with our holidays and is a credit to the company, a cruise this year and a trip to Bali next year. My wife and I would definitely recommend Hays Travel.
