Dawn is extremely helpful, and responds to all queries (of which there were many!!) Promptly and with good humour. She even answers emails when she is not in the office!

Dawn has been great. Dawn has been very helpful and quick to get in touch with prices and always quick to get in touch if I have any questions. Would definitely be in touch with Dawn again to book another holiday.
