I have booked a couple of holidays with Debbie and she has been amazing. She will go above and beyond to ensure she finds the right holiday and no request is ever too much hassle for her.
I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone consider booking a holiday. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and will try her absolute best to accommodate any requests. Our family holidays have been wonderful due to Debbie’s help in planning them. She is very thoughtful in her approach and cares greatly about her customer. Debbie was brilliant, as first time cruisers we were a bit nervous, she explained everything and was completely spot on. I would book another cruise/holiday within a heartbeat with Debbie and Hays, fantastic service even down to the sweets for the journey :)

Debbie was amazing from start to finish for our family holiday to florida.. every question was answered quickly and the little extra details she done were appreciated we had a great time and some excellent recommendations for places to go and try .. 100% reccomend Debbie your in very safe hands when booking with her..

Debbie was absolutely first class from the outset. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Made the entire booking process and holiday an absolute delight. Very helpful, nothing to much trouble
