Amazing service …
We arrived stressed after getting out of the Middle East last week . Uber from Manchester airport to your agency . Suzanne was amazing in keeping us both calm as she looked for flights back to Sydney . She was supper efficient and polite . Your company is lucky to have a wonderful employee such as Suzanne .

The Agent was so patient and helpful and really explored options around flight times and hotels and best locationsfor what I wanted. I made it my mission not to leave hays without a holiday and your experienced personable agent helped make that happen.

Was a breeze booking my cruise holiday through Hays travel
I have booked a cruise holiday for 2027 for my 40th birthday. I was dealing with Mike at the Didsbury branch. He went above and beyond to help find the best deals searched different cruises lines and kept in touch when I was trying to organise everyone who was going. He kept his eye on cabins for the specific cruise I wanted he was truly a star. It's been a nice easy experience thanks to Mike.
