Hays Travel - Didsbury Avis 

y EasyJet flight was delayed by more than six hours. Hays provided no assistance in helping me secure compensation, and to date EasyJet still refuses to compensate me.

Arrived and received a warm welcome from Mike. I was clear with what I wanted to book and where. Mike was able to match the price I found online and booked it there and then. All areas of the holiday was clearly explained and even when I asked so many questions Mike was polite and answered them all clearly. I would definitely recommend using Hays Travel for your holiday booking. This is my third time going there and never had any issues, everything runs smoothly.

The staff here went above and beyond to initially sort out a disastrous start where our flight to Canada was cancelled and then to sort out another holiday for the next day. It was an upsetting time for us as we had been going to see family but Hays staff were professional and helpful from start to finish
