Dream honeymoon booked!
Today me and my Fiancé booked our honeymoon with Mia’s help. She was amazing and very patient with us, as we kept changing our minds on where we wanted but we have now got an amazing holiday planned in two different countries with all connecting flights and hotels booked via Mia! Was looking for a last minute getaway around Christmas time. Celest was extremely helpful in finding the perfect location with fantastic flights and transfers included. Poor communication. Hotel not fit for purpose …
Didn’t receive all information and tickets until I rang store which know one seem it know that I hadn’t received them and only had 2 day before holiday so then had to have email with tickets but still know info regarding holiday excursions. When we arrived hotel was terrible room damp water ingress marks and damage . Smelt strong of damp dirty and unkempt.

Very Good Service
I had never used Hays Travel before but the holiday I wanted was with Jet2 and Tui do not book these. The agent, George was extremely polite and very helpful. he even helped me install the app on my phone. he explained everything I needed to know as I had always travelled with Tui in the past so the Jet2 experience is different.
