Led us through our holiday derails really well. They did not have a book on the holiday however we managedto get one from our local shop als9 a hayes travel.

Customer Service at its Best
We walked in off the street with a vague idea of a holiday and came out less than an hour later with a very good result. Excellent welcome. Very well presented agent (Georgia). Slick and knowledgeable search for a location, flight and timescale. Not at all pushy. A very professional bit of customer service... with a bit of humour thrown in to boot. Thank you

We visited Hays in Dorchester and spoke to Megan. We haven’t travelled a lot in recent years and we wanted to speak to someone directly. We visited the shop and Megan answered our many questions and helped us book our holiday. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy.
